You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and audit processes. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to comply with all applicable Canadian federal and provincial environmental regulations.

All audit templates, methodology documents, compliance checklists, and platform content are the intellectual property of Tadpoletees. You may use these materials solely for your internal compliance activities. Redistribution, resale, or modification of our proprietary content is prohibited without prior written consent.

Tadpoletees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to regulatory penalties, production delays, or loss of certification. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Tadpoletees reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, you must cease using our materials and return or destroy any confidential information.

We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
